WHERE?GLASS

This is a logo i created for my second year marketing module, whereby i had to create a campaign for a ready existing product of an invention. I decided to invent a new product to market by the name of WHERE?GLASS. WHERE?GLASS is a pair or glasses installed with a tracking device; so wherever you are and wherever you miss place your glasses you will always be able to find them with just a few easy steps.

I decided to make this logo using Adobe Photoshop. I downloaded a par or glasses from the web and made it into a silhouette. using the shape tool i was able to create elements of my logo such as a triangle and half semi circles to create tracing signal and wave above the glasses to make connection to the core feature of WHERE?GLASS.

I downloaded a font from dafont that i thought was befitting of the brand and what paired well with the rest of the logo elements. using the eraser i was able to incorporate and marry the name of the brand into the glasses to make the elements of the logo as one and put together; by erasing the bottom half of the glasses frame and replacing it with the text.

Lastly i decided to keep the logo all one colour and in a silhouette style ti keep it looking smart, sleek and professional.

Overall this logo is very successful because it isn't over the top; it is minimal and effective and displays what the product is that is being marketed.
